Statement of Covenant: As a Christian community of faith, our Billings United Methodist Vacation Bible School pledges to conduct this ministry of the Gospel in ways that assure the safety and spiritual growth of all our children and youth, as well as the volunteers who work with them. We ask all of our volunteers and staff to join in our committment of preserving our churches as Holy places of safety and protection. Release from Liability/Property Agreement
Please read carefully:
I, as a volunteer of Billings United Methodist VBS, understand that many activities are happening at Hope United Methodist Church. I understand that while on the property of any of the buildings in use, I will be covered by that church's liability insurance if something were to go wrong with the building or equipment that belongs to that building. However, for any transportation to and from VBS, I understand that insurance coverage will be my responsibility.  I further expressly authorize and consent to any medical care by qualified medical personnel for myself, if necessary, because of illness or injury.
