Release from Liability/Property Agreement

I, parent/guardian of the above registered children, give my child(ren) permission to accompany their Vacation Bible School group at the VBS campus that is assigned to the child. The volunteers will have a mandatory background check. I understand that while on the property of any of the VBS campuses, my child will be covered by that church's liability insurance if something were to go wrong with the building or equipment that belongs to that building. I further expressly authorize and consent to any medical care by qualified medical personnel for my child, if necessary, because of illness or injury.

Payment/Donation/Scholarships

All children are welcome to VBS! If you are unable to pay, you will not be turned away. Please just select the "Scholarship Requested" in the payment section!
Our churches give toward this important ministry through our offerings. Before June 1st, a SUGGESTED family contribution of $15 first child ($5 per additional child with a $30 family maximum) would help defray some of our daily costs (craft, rec & science supplies, snacks). Please note: if you are registering more than 1 child - click the box "1st Child - $15" then on your next registration "2nd Child - "$5" then on a 3rd registration "3rd Child - $5" and finally with 4th or more registrations "4th Child - $0". To pay by check select CHECK DONATION for the total amount due to Shiloh UMC and put "VBS Registration for {name of children}" in the memo. Mail to 1810 Shiloh Rd. Billings, MT 59106.
